Let's use the Brookside math to show you what this will cost. Each house will have two school age children. Each kid costs $13,000 per year. The house is taxed at $7,000 per year.

Let's do it slowly so the moneypit crowd can follow along. Two kids times $13,000 equals $26,000 per year. Subtract the $7,000 in property taxes and you get - are you ready for this - $19,000 per house drag on Middlebury!
They could build 100 houses there. Maybe more. No age restrictions!
Let's multiply it out folks. 100 houses times $19,000 drag per house equals - hold your wallet - $1.9 million dollars per year.
So folks. You have your Brookside. Now you have your Long Meadow Farms.
Oh wait. The Ginsburg Development. a/k/a Ridgewood Golf Course. Hundreds of condos. No age restrictions. Same math.
And you want to bring Ed St. John back? The man who brought you all of this?
How is Ed gonna balance the budget with all those kids coming in? How is anybody gonna keep things reasonable with that big bubble?
Of course! Kelli Bollard, the financial expert, will find a way. That's why she's helping to get rid of that stupid Gormley. The stupid guy with his stupid forensic audit and his stupid commercial development plans.

We should all be Thankful for Tom. He is the one that walked into this mess that st.john made. And now by having a forensic audit we can really see what eddie boy did with our money. Wake up people, eddie is a nobody anymore with a big fat jerk at his side!!! Tom wants to stop all of this and bring Middlebury back to the nice town it was years ago!!!!! As far as the RTC, they are all jerks also, they think they have all this power. Guess what..... they don't.
Its time to create a Political Action Committee to go against the RTC and their leader St. John. Middlebury has had enough of their garbage.
Apparently everybody forgot about STOP CLUSTER HOUSING. The bill is coming due.
What was Doctor St. John doing back in 2005? (He was still a doctor back then.) He also was still an engineer back then. Doctor St. John was using all the puplic work trucks to crush gravel and put in water lines and sewers for Ginsburg and Long Meadow Farms.

I love the bully comment on the Web Page. I was right next to the incident and the cops Laughed at her because it was so stupid. They even told her that she has bigger things to worry about. for example... a court date because she was arrested for being a thief. Pat hangs out with some winners and pillars of society. If she can't take being called a thief to her face stay out of public view you idiot.
So is that what happens ? when a FINANCE Board member does not agree with buying new toys, the fire chief takes a temper tantrum ? Wow, no class.
No wonder why no one wants to come to the meetings
except sign-stealing thieves. She was there.

So stealing is right now if you are against something...down is up and up is down in Middlebury AGAIN. For what it is worth, if there is yelling/bullying of any sort at a public mtg it is incumbent on the chairperson to stop it and demand professional/respectful behavior on the part of all participants.
she wasn't harassed. The cops were right there and they laughed at her face when she complained. Not to mention she tried disturbing the democratic process. In my eyes she should be tared and feathered and then thrown off the water comission.
