High Oil Prices Mean Higher Paving Costs - Time To Take A Break From Repaving In Middlebury

Many states, counties, and cities across the nation will not be repaving their roads this year due to a 25.9% increase in asphalt prices.  See Link:

Shouldn’t Middlebury consider doing the same thing.  One way to cut the budget this year is to cut out paving and resurfacing our roads. That would save a great deal of money.  Think about it.
